They can also be the key to profitability and a great way for you to integrate your customer’s workflow processes with yours. Historically, the answer to creating an effective workflow has been to throw people at it. The increasing complexity of the tools and processes required makes this method very expensive and dependent on people, because the work demands highly skilled operators. Finding and or training these operators can be a big challenge in itself.
