What is a Switch Flow?
A Flow is a visual way to create and manage an automation workflow in Switch. It consists of different configuration that allow you to setup specific parameters through Configurators. The Configurators configure Switch functionality but also allow you to set parameters for third party applications of one of the Crossroads Applications Partners.

Who provides support the Flows published on the Crossroads website?
Expert users regularly upload Flows tailored to many workflow requirements that you can download for free.
All Flows on the this website are provided as is. It is your own responsibility to test them before using them in production. You can off course always contact Enfocus support or get in touch with the support department of the Application Partner whom’s application is used in the flow.

Implementation Partner
System integrators can join the Crossroads Implementation Partner Program to get access to flow and script examples making it easier to implement automation solutions at their customers. Through a variety of marketing programs Implementation Partner can promote their services to the extensive Crossroads community.
